The area
A city, a city beach and demand all year round.
Las Canteras is one of the best-known city beaches in Europe: several kilometres of sand right in the middle of town, with a seafront promenade and a natural offshore reef that keeps the water calm. Around it, Guanarteme, Santa Catalina and La Isleta account for much of the capital’s holiday rental demand, while Vegueta and Triana bring in city-break visitors.
Here the year doesn’t hinge on winter as much as it does in the south. There are weekend breaks, Spanish guests, surfers heading for La Cícer and remote workers who stay for weeks. That calls for a mix of short and medium stays, and a price that moves with what’s on in the city.
Most holiday homes here are in residential buildings. Getting on with the neighbours and a well-explained arrival (parking, the street door, keys) count for as much in reviews as the property itself.

Do you manage properties in the capital if your office is in the south?
Yes. We already manage properties by Las Canteras beach, with cleaning, inspections and issues organised for the capital.
Do holiday lets work in Las Palmas outside the winter?
Demand in the capital is spread more evenly across the year than in the south: short breaks, Spanish guests, surfing and work stays. We adjust the price and the minimum stay to each season instead of setting a single rate.
My flat is in a residential building. Can I let it as a holiday rental?
It depends on the applicable regulations and on the statutes of the owners’ association (comunidad de propietarios). It’s the first thing we check with you, before taking photos or publishing anything. We guide you through the paperwork, but we don’t replace legal advice.
How much do you charge to manage my property?
Our full-service management is normally 20%, calculated on the management base: what the guest pays, minus the platform commission and cleaning. For premium villas or special projects, other terms can be considered. There’s no set-up fee.
Can I still use my property myself?
Yes. Let us know, ideally a week in advance, and we’ll block those dates as long as there isn’t already a confirmed booking.
Do you own a property in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria?
