Is your holiday home compliant? We'll review your licence for free
With Ley 6/2025, the Canary Islands holiday rental law, and its August 2026 amendment, many owners aren't sure where their property stands. Tell us about your case and we'll tell you what we see, what's worth checking and with whom.
What we cover
What we do and what we don't.
We are a holiday home management company, not a law firm. As part of our management we take care of the day-to-day obligations and guide you on the rest:
- We register the guests for every booking in the Ministry of the Interior's official system.
- We show the registration number in your listings, as the rules require.
- We go through the property's documents with you before we start managing it.
- We explain, with the official text in front of us, which deadlines and options affect you under Ley 6/2025.
What we don't do: deal with the cabildo (island council) or the town hall on your behalf as if we were your lawyer, or give you legal or tax advice. When a case needs it, we tell you clearly so you can consult a professional.

Is there any cost or commitment for the review?
No. We look at what you tell us and let you know what we see. If you then want us to manage your home, we can talk about it; if not, it will still have been useful to you.
Are you lawyers?
No. We are a holiday home management company that works with these rules every day. We guide you and, when necessary, recommend that you consult a lawyer.
What information do you need?
The municipality, the type of property and whether it has a declaración responsable are enough to start. If you have the registration number or the date of the declaration to hand, even better.
