What we do
Every part of the operation, handled on the island.
We have operations and teams in Fuerteventura. That means cleaning, the check of the home after every departure, issues and regular inspections are all done in person, and when a problem comes up someone from the team can go to the property, help the guest and sort it out.
- We create or optimise your Booking.com and Airbnb listings, inside your own accounts.
- Professional photography when we start, at our expense.
- Dynamic pricing: the price of every night is adjusted to demand, season, events and local occupancy.
- Guest care 24/7 and guest registration in the official system.
- Cleaning with an inspection, bed linen, amenities and restocking of essentials.
- Maintenance with trusted tradespeople — or your own — with no mark-up on their invoices.
- Coordination of pool, garden and other suppliers when the home needs it.
What it costs and how it's calculated is explained step by step in fees and terms.

Bookings and guests
Fewer surprises, better reviews.
Minimum stays and security deposits aren't the same for every home. We set them according to the property, the season and the risk of each booking, and combine them with clear house rules, control of guest numbers and communication before arrival to prevent parties and problem bookings.
After every stay we ask guests about their experience, reply to reviews and work to get returning guests to book direct, which reduces future intermediary commissions.
If at any point you want to use your home, let us know — ideally a week in advance — and we'll block those dates as long as there isn't already a confirmed booking.

FAQ
Questions from owners with a home in Fuerteventura.
Do you manage homes in Fuerteventura?
Yes. We have operations and teams in Fuerteventura and manage homes on the island, such as Ainely Oasis Corralejo. If your home is in another area — El Cotillo, Caleta de Fuste, Costa Calma, Morro Jable or elsewhere — tell us where it is and we'll confirm how we would look after it.
I don't live on the island. How do I keep track of what happens at my home?
You can log in to your Booking.com and Airbnb accounts at any time to see bookings, the calendar and income. Every month, between the 1st and 5th, we send you the statement for the previous month. We also check the home after every departure and carry out an in-person inspection roughly every four to six weeks.
How do guests arrive?
Normally by self check-in with a key box or smart lock, which allows arrivals at any time. We can cover the cost of the key boxes needed; smart locks are not usually included. An in-person check-in is possible at an extra cost, and we recommend it especially for villas and exclusive properties.
I already have a cleaner I trust. Can I keep them?
Yes. We don't make you use our cleaning team: we can bring your trusted cleaner or cleaning company into our operation, as long as the standard is maintained.
How much do you charge?
Normally 20% for full-service management, calculated on the management base: what the guest pays minus the platform commission and cleaning. For premium villas or special projects we can consider other terms.
What happens if a guest causes damage?
We look into the case and help you with the claim to the platform. Booking.com and Airbnb have their own procedures and, depending on the home, a security deposit can be set. We can't guarantee that every kind of damage is covered: it depends on the terms of each platform, insurer and booking.
What paperwork does a holiday rental in Fuerteventura need?
As elsewhere in the Canary Islands, the activity is notified through a responsible declaration (declaración responsable) to the Canary Islands Government's General Tourism Register (Registro General Turístico), and it is regulated by, among other rules, Law 6/2025 of 10 December (Ley 6/2025). We guide you according to your case, without replacing legal advice.
